I got this book about a month ago, and love it! I got it because my therapist recommended it to me, and it definitely does work. If you work in this book on a daily basis you will definitely see changes in the way you think, for th better. So if you're really looking to better you're life get this book! The contents in the book are similar to the things you would do in one-on-one therapy and group therapy (trust me i would know), and also the authors of the book are very well known and have alot of experience in this field. If you're the type of person who thinks they can help themselves and don't want to pay to see a therapist, you should get this book!

I have struggled with depression for 12 years now. By using this book and working with a counselor I have been able to begin the process to change the way that I think about myself.
