5 out of 5 stars Amazing, Practical, Illuminating   February 22, 2010
R. Brown
This book is incredibly helpful and practical for dealing with one's issues. It lays out clearly both the mechanisms by which our problems plague us and methods to successfully deal with and navigate those issues. Anyone who feels they are not living their best life or has any issues with depression, fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, shame, etc, would benefit tremendously by this book.

5 out of 5 stars Our mind and our thoughts   February 3, 2010
Maria T. Fernandez (OCEANSIDE, CA, US)
I have not finished reading the book, but what I have read has been very useful. I think all the time, and my thoughts can be quite disturbing. This book allows me to look into my thoughts and analyze them. It is easy to read and understand even if you are not a psychologist. It is very well thought out. I sincerely recommend it to anybody who cannot stop thinking! Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think

5 out of 5 stars Don't pass by this one.   January 11, 2010
M. Swayne
I really liked this book. It's about chaning the way you feel by your thoughts. I am not new to this mindset and wanted to read as much as I could about it. I am so glad I took the chance with this book. It's one of the better ones on the market today. My suggestion, don't pass by this one. Also, another good one is Hope and Help for Your Nerves (Signet).

1 out of 5 stars Never received my order   December 15, 2009

I ordered a book and was charged for the book and the shipping. I waited the 3 to 4 weeks and did not receive my order. Finally, I got an email that said my money would be refunded for the book. No explanation why the order was cancelled and no mention of me receiving the shipping cost back. I sent an email to the seller and did not get a reply. So no book, I paid for shipping on something I didn't get, and one month of time wasted waiting.
