| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Tibetan Rites are a series of five yoga-type poses specifically designed to increase energy and stamina and slow the aging process. They are considered by many to be the Fountain of Youth.
They take less than 10 minutes a day to do, once mastered, and should be done daily to produce the best results.
Any level student can do this DVD as alternate poses are given for each pose. Even if you have injuries, adjustments can be made in most cases.
Some people report they are more centered and relaxed after doing the DVD. Speed is not important; the Rites
work at any speed or level. The most important thing is that you do them every day for best results.
This practice is also beneficial for learning to breathe properly. There are 15 minutes of warm-up exercises to assist the body in loosening up and relaxing. The warm-ups can also be done just by themselves.
This DVD is for ages 13 and up and any level of proficiency.........beginner to advanced student. Slowing down the
aging process is the focus of this practice.
The Rites can do done slowly or fast.
Speed is not as important as the dedication to doing them daily. No more
than 21 of each Rite is necessary. Start out with 3 of each and work up from there adding 1 every 3 days or when you feel you can handle more.
The Rites are detoxifying and doing too many the first week can leave one feeling tired instead of energized.
The first book written about these Tibetan Rites was published in
l935 by Peter Kelder called "The Eye of
Revelation". The second book came out
in l985 called "The Ancient Secrets of the
Fountain of Youth". I have been doing
them for 25 years. I wish you a comparable and successful experience!
